Amy Allen
With 30 years of HR experience, Amy has held Human Resources Executive roles at Suffolk Construction, The Boston Globe, Staples, and other large national organizations before launching her own consulting business. She has both tactical and strategic experience. Amy’s diverse experience in all areas of the “people” side of business is instrumental in partnering with both Executives and HR Professionals. As a certified Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), she brings best practices in the areas of recruiting, benefits, compensation, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, policy development and compliance, HRIS, retention strategies, success planning, project management, and executive coaching. Amy is a graduate of Princeton University where she was a goaltender on the varsity Women’s Ice Hockey team. She is passionate about animal rescue and lives with her husband Mark in Franklin Massachusetts.
Frank Levesque
Frank merged his own successful HR consulting business (Lighthouse HR Partners) with P&C Consulting in 2022, bringing 30 years of both hands-on and strategic HR leadership and consulting experience across a wide variety of industries, large and small. Frank specializes in assisting small to medium sized organizations with creating best in class, compliant and impactful HR practices and programs across all stages of the employee lifecycle – from attraction and selection to onboarding, talent management, development, and compliance. His work is supported by the ability to quickly build and maintain strong partnerships and achieve results at all levels and across all lines of business. Frank also holds Senior Professional in HR (SPHR), Emotional Intelligence EQi2.0 and DISC Behavioral Assessment Administrator, trainer, and coaching certifications. Frank is a graduate of Lesley University with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Management. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s “Authentic Leadership” Executive program. Born and raised in Roslindale and Quincy, Frank resides on the South Shore with his family including their beloved Bernese Mountain Dog Maisy. His passions include martial arts, playing drums and spending any time he can with his grown children!
Michelle Ferero
With over two decades of experience, Michelle Ferero is a highly accomplished HR executive dedicated to assisting businesses with strategic people solutions. Michelle has extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, operating at both the national and international levels. Committed to guiding organizations through the intricacies of modern-day people operations, Michelle aims to unlock the full potential of each organization’s unique and diverse workforce. Prior to joining P&C Consulting, Michelle served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Hitachi Cable America and held key leadership roles at Methuen Construction (an MWH Company), the Consigli Building Group, and the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office. A SHRM Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources, Michelle is also a certified paralegal and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management along with various other specialty HR certifications. Born and raised in Medford, Massachusetts, Michelle now calls New Hampshire home along with her husband James and their son Sam.
Shelly Danubio
Shelly’s human resource experience spans a variety of industries and, company sizes including; Liberty Mutual, MPIUA, PwC and Forum Corporation. With a depth of experience in HR operations, coaching and performance management, she has worked with employees, managers and executives across all levels of the organization to create human capital solutions that help achieve business goals. This includes the development of strategic, innovative programs designed to increase employee productivity and enhance organizational efficiency through the identification and resolution of issues that may arise. Most recently as a Human Resources Business Partner at Signature Healthcare / Brockton Hospital, Shelly provided guidance on employee relations, full life cycle recruiting, and partnered with management to address employee retention and engagement across the organization. Shelly is a graduate of Merrimack University, and in her spare time she can usually be found with her husband cheering on their two kids as they compete in a variety of sports.
Paula Mazzeo
Paula has 40 years of large corporate experience working first in Verizon for 29 years. With Verizon, Paula’s responsibilities grew from Network Administration to roles in Executive Support, Project Management, and Department staff support. She later joined Cushman & Wakefield and supported the Verizon Workplace Design and Construction team for 9 years. In this role, she managed special projects, staffing needs and executive support. Paula joined P&C Consulting in July of 2022 and will leverage her project, organizational, and people skills as a client project administrator. Paula lives in Holliston, MA with her husband Tony and they have two daughters.
Jenn Richardson
Jenn has recently joined the P&C team and her Human Resources experience started at Suffolk Construction where she worked for 10 years. Jenn held various roles in her time at Suffolk from Office Administration, Executive Support, and Learning & Development to Human Resources. In her HR roles at Suffolk, she managed all employee data entry and changes to the HRIS system, onboarding and off boarding programs, benefits administration, leave of absence management, open enrollment, employee records and files, I-9 information, HRIS reporting and overall HR Administration. Jenn then worked at BHI Energy as an HR Employment Generalist where she managed the new hire process, ensuring compliance of I-9s, developed offer letters and job descriptions, and maintained employee files, records and paperwork and HRIS system. Jenn most recently took a Career break to take care of her three daughters who are now 5 and 6. Jenn lives in Whitman with her husband and children and enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She is excited to get back into HR work!
